Create offers that energize you (not exhaust you)
Personality-led programs are easier to run and easier to sell
Digital products are supposed to give you more freedom.
Not more “why did I sign up to run this launch again” energy.
This week’s email is your permission slip to build offers that fit you.
We’re talking personality-driven programs, energy-smart delivery formats, and why different is often better.
Here’s what I’m covering:
👀Creating digital products that you’ll enjoy scaling
🌟The non-financial impact your business is having in the world
⚡How to focus on high-impact activities
💡Idea of the week: Create programs that fit your personality.
Whether you’re creating digital products, online courses, group coaching programs, or really any other offer → the key to enjoying the delivery, easily marketing them, and delivering great value is in designing them with your personality and strengths in mind.
We want to look at how to design programs that not only deliver value to your customers but also feel natural and energizing for you to run.
🤯 After all, a business that doesn’t suit your personality isn’t one you’ll enjoy scaling.
So why does this even matter?
Programs designed to match your style will be easier to implement, more engaging for your clients, and sustainable for you in the long run.
That last part is probably the most important.
Scaling with digital products or programs is great but it needs to be sustainable for you.
Take it from someone who’s launched everything from low-ticket products to live coaching programs: You want to create offers that work for you and your people.
⚡ Running a program or launching a digital product that drains you is not fun, and not sustainable! It’s okay to create offers that are different to the ones on the market.
You’ve likely refined your services to fit your life already.
You cut the parts that didn’t work, simplified the steps, and found a better flow.
Your digital programs deserve the same level of intention.
Whether you thrive on 1:1 connections, love teaching groups, or prefer creating something once and marketing it over and over, your program should reflect how you like to work.
Pay attention to these things when scaling with digital programs:
Do you need to accommodate chronic illness, family schedules, or energy shifts?
Are you more introverted or extroverted? How does that affect delivery?
Do you love live interaction, or prefer async support like chat or feedback forms?
Is writing your jam, or do you shine on video or audio?
Do you want to update your program regularly, or only once a year?
These answers shape how you structure your program, and how sustainable it feels once you're in delivery mode.
I’m creating a free offer clarity worksheet that will help you figure out what elements you should include (and exclude) in your programs based on your strengths and personality. Reply with the word CLARITY and I’ll make sure to send it to you as soon as it’s ready.
👀 This Week’s Action:
Identify Your Strengths & Desires
Start by asking:
→ What parts of your business energize you?
→ What parts drain you?Use tools like CliftonStrengths or your favorite personality framework to spot patterns.
You might thrive with writing, video, teaching live, or designing templates.Choose a Delivery Format That Fits You
Let your offer match how you work best.
Do you love teaching live? Try workshops, group coaching, or weekly calls.
Prefer evergreen? Build a self-paced course or repeatable digital product.
Crave deep 1:1 connection? Go high-touch with personalized support.
Want to share in smaller doses over time? A monthly membership might be perfect.
Hate video? Skip it. Focus on formats you enjoy because your audience will feel the difference.
Here is an example of how your digital programs might differ from other creators’ programs:
> Creator A thrives on live calls and shows up weekly with energy.
> Creator B avoids live calls and offers async support through chat or forms.
> Creator C designs low-maintenance offers with smart FAQs and limited updates.
> Creator D built an AI assistant to handle support 24/7.Each approach works because it fits them.
Match Your Program to Your Energy Levels
If you’re energized by frequent interaction, offer shorter, recurring sessions (e.g. weekly group calls).
If you need downtime to recharge, design programs with longer timeframes (e.g. a quarterly cohort model).
If you struggle showing up on video create digital products that don’t need video elements.
You’re trying to pay attention to your energy levels, your strengths (writing, audio, video), your personality, and obligations outside of work that may impact the creation and delivery of the program.
Test the Fit Before You Commit
Pilot your program with a small group to see how it feels for you and your clients. Adjust as needed to ensure it aligns with your personality and energy.
You’re also trying to test the format that works for your audience and the specific content. Sometimes we think bigger is better but customers want the result and they’ll take shorter and more focused if it gets them that result.
By designing programs that suit YOUR personality, you’ll not only build a business you love but also attract clients who appreciate your unique style.
What’s one small change you can make this week to bring your offers into better alignment?
Let’s build something that fits you.

🫡 KM Tip of the Week
Focus on high impact activities.
You’ve heard people say:
“Spend 80% of your time on the 20% of tasks that drive results”.
But in the day-to-day?
That 20% gets buried under client work, admin, and the latest shiny idea.
Not all tasks move the needle equally.
→ Building a strategic funnel? High impact.
→ Tinkering with fonts on a Canva graphic for 30 minutes? Probably not.
Focus on the work that will lead directly to profit:
1. Create your offer, funnel, and product that can scale
2. Market, market, market, market, and did I say market?
3. Delivering great customer experiences and asking for testimonials so that you can
MARKET 🙂
4. Refining your messaging, call-to-actions, and systems to help your marketing efforts convert
5. Go back to 2 and repeat.
Your business is going to have it’s own 20% of tasks that drive results.
→ Make a list of a the tasks that get results
→ Make a list of tasks that support the functioning of the business
→ Make a list of tasks that don’t get results and aren’t required to support the business
Start your week by focusing on the first list.
Then move to the second list.
Cut the third list.
🫠 Anybody else?
When you realize you created a new offer just because you got bored of marketing the old one.

Keep showing up, keep refining what you’ve already got, and as always, have a bit of fun in the process! 💛
