Your sweet spot is the intersection of three things:

1. What you do best
Your strengths, your favourite delivery style, your lived experience, and your natural way of creating results.

2. What your audience wants most
Their urgency, their desires, their pain points, and their willingness to pay to solve their problem.

3. What is actually sustainable for you
Your time, energy, season of life, and the support systems you have.

When these 3 align, growing becomes far easier.

» Your offers lean into your strengths making delivery easy for you.

» Your offers focus on what your audience will pay for which makes your marketing and messaging simple and easy for you.

» Your business fits the season of life you’re in which creates ease for you.

Notice how each of these elements, when aligned, result in some level of ease for you as the business owner.

Does that mean business is easy peasy all the time? No.

But when these 3 things are aligned, these is more ease in your business and growth doesn’t feel like an uphill battle all the time.

When you operate inside your sweet spot, three things happen:

1. Your offers becomes clear (to you & your audience)

You know what your audience wants, you know how you enjoy delivering the transformation, and you’re leaning into your strengths when building offers.

No more endless list of offer ideas that you keep jumping between but never progressing with. Now you have a clear (usually data-driven) idea of what offers will work best.

2. Your marketing becomes magnetic 🧲
I don’t usually like using that word but it kinda describes it best. 

When your offers are clear (and hit the 3 Sweet Spot Principles) your messaging draws in the right buyer because it’s focused.

The offer is what your audience wants, the transformation is the focus area of your messaging, and because your offer is designed with YOU in mind, your energy shines through.


3. Your results compound
Growth is rarely about doing more. More often than not, it’s about cutting out things that are distracting you from the growth strategy tasks.

Small actions work harder once you’ve hit your Sweet Spot because they’re all moving the core focus of your business forward.
