🍭Why repeating yourself is part of the Launch Plan

Say it again. (And then say it again.)

In partnership with

Happy Wednesday!

Today I wanted to share something that comes up in every launch I help a client with (especially when it’s a digital product or course).

You’ve done the pre-launch work.
You’ve written your sales page, mapped your emails, drafted your content.

Then you start launching, and suddenly…

“Kathryn, I keep getting questions I’ve already answered on the sales page or in my launch emails. Do I have to keep saying the same thing?”

Yes.
You do.

Because when it comes to launching, your only job is to clearly communicate the transformation your offer provides and the information your customer needs to make an informed decision.

That means saying it over and over again.

🧠 What’s actually happening?

Here’s the thing most business owners forget:

→ You see everything you post.

You see the sales page, the email, the stories, the social posts, the graphics…all at once.

Your audience doesn’t.

They might catch a few of your posts, read a few launch emails, or land on your sales page and never click the FAQ dropdown buttons.

You’re living in full color all day → they’re only catching snapshots in between their work and life.

And those small moments are rarely enough to help them fully understand what your offer can actually do for them.

If you’ve ever received a message saying, “I didn’t know you offered that”, you’ve probably thought… “how could you not know? I feel like I talk about it all the time”.

And that is your reminder that not everyone sees all of your content!

🎯 So your job isn’t to reinvent your message

It’s to repeat it.

Instead of trying to switch up your messaging, create new graphics, or change your copy all the time 👇🏻

Focus on communicating the following:

→ The transformation your offer provides.
→ The information your customer needs to make an informed decision.

Over and over again.

Every repetition builds clearer understanding and trust.

🍬 I’d love some feedback

⚡ Your reminder for this week

If you’re launching any kind of offer (or planning your next one) remember:

Repetition isn’t boring, it’s effective.

The goal isn’t to sound new every day.
It’s to help your audience connect the dots and feel confident saying yes.

Say it again.
And again.
And again.

If you feel like you’ve said it 1000 times before, good 🙂 Say it again. I guarantee you someone in your audience will be seeing it/ hearing it for the first time.

And some audience members will have heard it a few times before and finally be ready to say yes.

🎯 This week’s action:

Go look at your last piece of launch content (whether it’s a service offer or digital product).

Answer these questions:
→ Did I explain the transformation clearly?
→ Have I shown this message in more than one format (email, Instagram Story, Carousel, etc.)?
→ Is there content I’ve already shared that I can share again?

If not, that’s your task for this week.
Take your key message and share it again.

and again. 🤣

Have a great week!
