šŸRedefining what it means to show up

The right people can’t buy from you if they can’t find you.

Hey, it’s Kathryn here! šŸ‘‹

We’re in week 4 of our series on marketing that supports your energy, especially as you expand into digital products and courses.

If you haven’t read the first few emails in the series you can read them here:

Today we’re diving into how you can redefine what visibility and showing up means to you.

When most people hear ā€œvisibility,ā€ they picture daily posts on social media, endless stories and Reels, or showing up live every week.

And yes, those are valid visibility methods. But they’re not the only ones.

Visibility is simply: being discoverable by the people you want to serve.

And you can do that in ways that suit your energy, your personality, and your business model.

Visibility just means being seen by the right people in the right way at the right time.

šŸ Strategy of the week: Visibility Audit

šŸ‘‰ Being visible doesn’t mean being everywhere.
It means being findable.

When your audience needs what you offer, can they easily find you?
That’s the real question.

The great thing is that being ā€œfindableā€ is about showing up in ways that feel aligned, thoughtful, and sustainable for you.

When you redefine visibility on your terms, you’ll also find your own version of consistency…the kind you can actually stick with long term.

This week, I want you to explore one question:

What does visibility look like for YOU?

Is it:
→ Writing long-form blog content that lives forever?
→ Being a guest on podcasts and getting in front of new audiences?
→ Sending your email list something thoughtful once a week?
→ Creating posts on a social platform like Instagram or LinkedIn that spark connection?
→ Filming long or short-form videos for YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram?

Those are all valid forms of visibility.
The key is choosing the ones that align with your energy, your personality, your audience, and your business model.

Let’s take the pressure off ā€œbeing seenā€ in ways that drain you.
Instead, let’s create a marketing presence that feels natural to you and still works when you’re not online.

šŸ Visibility = making it easy for the right people to find you at the right time.

Let’s do a quick visibility audit.

  1. List out all the ways you’re currently showing up in your business.

  2. Are you showing up consistently in all of those areas or are some of them falling through the cracks based on your energy?

  3. If you could dream up your perfect visibility plan what would it look like?

  4. Does this dream plan match your energy and personality?

  5. Is your audience on the platform you’re using?

Be honest with your answers here.
Doing this type of reflection is incredibly helpful in understanding where you are and where you want to be instead.

🧠 The Mindset Shifts Around Visibility

When you redefine visibility, these worries might pop up:

  • What if I don’t get seen enough?

    Visibility is a long game.
You can’t plant a seed today and expect a tree tomorrow.
The efforts you make now are like drops filling a bucket. They may not seem like much at first, but over time they add up in a big way.
All visibility methods work this way (even TikTok videos). The more consistent you are, the more your visibility compounds, and the easier it becomes for the right people to find you.

  • What if my income drops?

Shifting visibility strategies doesn’t have to mean stopping all other methods cold turkey. You can layer your new methods in while keeping the steady performers running.
This allows you to experiment, test, and refine without disrupting your income flow.

  • What if this doesn’t work?

The truth is, most marketing methods can work if they’re paired with the right audience, message, and consistency.
The trick is finding the methods that you can actually stick with.

A strategy that feels aligned is one you’ll naturally maintain, and that’s where results come from. If you pick something you dread, it’ll fizzle out before it has a chance to gain traction.

šŸŽÆ This Week’s Action

Redefine what visibility means specifically for you.

→ Write down what visibility has meant in the past.

→ Now, write down 3 ways you like being visible.
What feels fun, easy, or effective?

→ Look at your current platforms or methods and choose one where you’d like to become more ā€œfindableā€ this month.

→ Choose one thing you can publish, create, or send that moves you toward becoming more findable.

You don’t need to be everywhere to be seen!!

You need to show up with clarity in the places that matter (at the right time).

And the more you refine your marketing to become sustainable for you the more consistently you will show up and the easier it will be for your customers to find your content.

šŸ¦„ I’m In Your Corner:

You don’t need to go viral to make an impact.

You don’t need to post every day to be remembered.
You just need to keep showing up in a way that feels honest to you.

Keep planting those seeds.
Keep speaking to the people who need what you offer.

They may not comment publicly, but they’re listening quietly and they’ll show up when it matters most.

What you have to share with the world is important. Stop chasing the numbers and start chasing the impact you can make in this world.

šŸ˜‚ Our meme of the week!

Me, doing a quick Pinterest Ads check before clocking out early. šŸ¦«šŸ’¤

The best visibility plan is one you’ll actually stick to.
Not the one that looks the flashiest.
Not the one that drains you by Wednesday morning.

So this week, give yourself permission to choose a visibility strategy that feels aligned with your strengths and your audience.

That’s how you’ll show up consistently and get seen.
